I think, one should check all the aspects that are described in your post, not only in case of purchasing or persuading homes but also in case of choosing hotel rooms as well. I myself obey this rule whenever I make my trip that may be of business or personal purpose. It had often happened to me that I couldn't find perfect luxury in each hotel where I stayed. But three months ago, I had spent few days in a reputed hotel in Kuhio Shores Condos. Their services were really praiseworthy.
