Why we need eco friendly cars
Global warming is now the most pressing problem the world is facing today. Numerous campaigns have been launched to spread awareness across the world. We need to combat this situation and do our bit to protect the environment. There is something which we can all do that is lessen the degree of pollution.
A huge percentage of our population uses cars. And we all know that the harmful fume that cars discharge are responsible to a large extent in causing global warming. We can not stop using cars but we can definitely change the cars that we use. Keeping this factor in mind the concept of eco friendly cars are emerging. Eco friendly cars do not function like regular cars. Most importantly these cars do not use regular fuel. Eco friendly cars besides saving the environment also save energy and money as these mostly use alternative energy source, some run on electric power, and some uses battery power as well. These vehicles have been designed in such a way that they are energy efficient and they do not discharge any toxic fume in the air. Since they do not consume fuel like normal cars so the cost of fuel also goes down considerably. This also has a benefit; we are aware of the fact that the earth is running out of fossil fuel so if more and more people start converting to using eco friendly cars there would be less pressure on the fossil fuel. Eco friendly cars are basically available in many forms; such as hybrid cars, electric vehicles, alternative fuel vehicles and many more. These cars do not pollute the environment so we can expect to have more cleaner air. Some of the most eco friendly cars are Ford Focus, Mazda 2, Honda Insight etc. So if you want to save the earth then choose only eco friendly cars.
