IPL 2010

IPL 2010 has been running quite successfully and cricket lovers from all parts of India are loving and watching these matches either on Television or in stadium. Mumbai Indians is playing really superb. But it sometime makes me really annoyed when a team loses a match after performing an extraordinary match earlier. We all know that Rajasthan Royals has started this IPL session very badly. Their performance in the first three matches was absolute bad. But they came back really well and played some outstanding cricket specially by Yusuf Pathan. Kolkata Knight Riders has started this IPL brilliantly and they won the first match against Decan Chargers and it was a very close match. But they held their nerves at the end. They won their 2nd match quite comfortably and they performed really well in all the disciplines of the cricket. But after that their performance is absolutely bogus and it seems to me really strange how did they perform well in the earlier two matches. Gayle joined the party and all of the Kolkata supporters were expecting an aggressive start from him but the real fact was not that. He scored 75 runs in 60 balls but this is not the exact figure which Gayle generally demands. Finally KKR lost their consecutive three matches with very ordinary performances. Whenever some big hits were needed they played very slow cricket though there were 7 wickets in their hand. Why these type of situations arise in IPL matches?
